Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Life SMP store and Minecraft server (together, the "Service"). By browsing the store, purchasing a rank, or joining the server, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under 18 you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing anything. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Purchases and ranks

• VIP is a monthly subscription billed at €6.99 per month until cancelled.
• Ranks are digital perks tied to your in-game account. They are not physical goods and carry no cash value.
• Your rank activates on your in-game account when the server opens. You may not receive, transfer, or resell perks to other accounts without our permission.
• All prices are in EUR and may change. A price change does not affect an active subscription until its next renewal.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorised mods or clients, harass other players, evade bans, or disrupt the server. Breaking these rules may result in suspension or a permanent ban, and we may revoke rank perks with no refund where a serious breach has occurred.

4. LifeSteal rules

Life SMP is a LifeSteal server: killing a player steals one of their hearts, and reaching zero hearts results in a temporary ban. This is an intended game mechanic. By playing you accept that you may lose hearts and be temporarily banned as part of normal gameplay.

5. Refunds

Because ranks are digital goods delivered instantly to your account, refunds are generally not available. See our Refund Policy for the exceptions and how to contact us if something went wrong on our end.

6. Service availability

The server is currently in pre-launch. Uptime, seasons, resets, perks, and pricing may change at any time. We may pause, reset, or stop the Service for maintenance or at the end of a season, and rank perks may be adjusted, provided that any paid period you have already purchased remains honoured for its term.

7. Not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft

Life SMP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. We are an independent community server.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of in-game items, progress, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
